Join us for a roundtable discussion to learn from each other. We will have a candid conversation and share observations, inside tips and strategies, and evaluation tools gathered from various districts. In recent years, there have been significant changes with many vendors, including acquisitions, pricing structures, new tools and packages, and varying levels of perks and training practices. This roundtable will be a great opportunity to discuss vetting practices, evaluation tools and templates, what works well, and what might alienate you from a vendor. We'll discuss two-way relationship building, what makes a vendor *want* to go the extra mile for you and your district, and how you may coach vendors to best advocate and negotiate for your team. We'll also discuss "after the sale" -- and year over year tips to maintain the very best service possible. Please be ready to share, if you'd like: what matters most to you? What bugs you? What works the best for getting more stakeholders on board with your chosen vendors? What's your greatest success story with a long-term vendor? Any nightmares or big disappointments? How can your colleagues at other districts learn from your experiences?
